Maintaining contact with clients you may not get to see regularly can be a problem.  And those IFAs who have a Website will also probably know how difficult it can sometimes be to get people to visit (or revisit) it. After all, every visit to your Website is an opportunity to do business; or at least to generate enquiries.

But if you had a good reason to e-mail all your contacts every month, you could maintain a far higher profile with "non-core" clients and also increase the "hit rate" on your Website.
